Q: Has the pandemic changed the market and your business in the metro area?
A: During the last few months, the pandemic has absolutely changed the way I approach the market and my business. Now more than ever, I am encouraging my clients to carefully evaluate their needs since we’ve all been asked to work from home. We have seen a transition into a “work from home environment,” and home offices and outdoor spaces are on my buyer’s wish lists, as are locations close to parks and green spaces. Our close-in suburban market has exploded as many buyers want more space.
