Bethesda Today Membership FAQ

How do I become a member?

Why do you need my money?
Though we are fortunate to sell a fair amount of advertising, ad revenue does not nearly cover the cost of operating the Bethesda Today newsroom.

As journalism has evolved in recent years, news organizations have had to change their business models. While we will continue to seek additional revenue streams including advertising, financial support from readers is essential to Bethesda Today if it is to keep producing our current volume of quality journalism.

What do I get for my membership?
The most important thing you’ll receive is the satisfaction of supporting first-rate local journalism. You’ll also receive a behind-the-scenes newsletter and invitations to members-only events with our staff. Click here to read more about membership tiers and benefits.

How long does a membership last?
Memberships are good for one year and are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You are free to cancel your membership at any time by emailing membership@bethesdamagazine.com.

What kind of topics do you cover?

I already get your content for free, so why would I pay?
