A Following an evaluation by a registered nurse, all clients receive a care plan customized to their unique needs, whether it’s companionship, assistance with daily activities, post-operative or respite care. Our professional care manager can provide additional assistance by acting as a liaison with doctors, hospitals, banks and attorneys to coordinate care and services.
