A From the very first contact with a prospective client, I critically process all of the information provided and carefully develop a case plan. Learning to listen to someone precisely, typically in a moment of crisis for them, is essential in identifying both immediate, short- and long-term goals. I am particularly sensitive to any collateral issues a person might face including administrative consequences, security clearances, workplace concerns, and broader family law issues. I often collaborate with other attorneys in these subject areas to provide comprehensive representation for a client.
