Q How was Rooted Hair Co. created?
A We decided to create a hair co-op where we could all be empowered to be our own bosses in a shared environment as a team. We have worked together in a variety of combinations over the years. We are Rooted…in our community, history and friendship.
Q What sets Rooted Hair Co. apart?
A Rooted is a neighborhood destination. Even though we are four independent businesses, we work together as a unit to accommodate the needs of our guests. Clients know that our combined 50 years of constant growth and experience will exceed their expectations. Our salon is Ouidad, Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout certified.
Since we are four businesses working seamlessly as one, the client experience is personalized. When you schedule an appointment directly with a stylist, that stylist knows just what you need and books it accordingly. If she is unable to accommodate a client’s needs, she will find a fit within the salon. Our clients have comfort in knowing they will be well cared for by anyone at Rooted.
Q How would your clients describe the atmosphere and experience?
A We often hear how comfortable and welcoming our space is, so much so that sometimes people come in to relax, telework or socialize while getting their hair done. Think of it like going to a friend’s house and making yourself at home. We are a client-focused salon. Each team member takes the time to make sure every client feels pampered and welcomed.
