Q What advice would you offer for someone just starting out?
A Be realistic: Save at least 12 months’ salary prior to starting in real estate, so that you have a cushion. To learn from the best, consider being an assistant to an experienced agent for two years.
Q How would your clients describe you?
A My clients describe me as their trusted advisor and one of the hardest-working agents they’ve ever worked with. Many clients have used my services for more than 25 years through multiple sales, including seeking my advice for family, neighbors, friends and employees. When happy clients seek me out repeatedly, that gives me great satisfaction.
Q What is your professional background?
A As a former IBM marketing representative, I ranked in one of the top four teams in the country. My resume includes being certified by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in their Historic Homes Marketing Program. A bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and MBA from The Wharton School are the foundation upon which I credit my success.
Q What is the one thing that your clients should know about your team?
A I can’t limit my praise of my team to one thing! We are detail-oriented, and our follow-up is impeccable. We always hear how much more responsive and timelier we are than our competition. In 2022, our average listing sold for $2.1 million, which is a record for any individual agent. Because other agents love to work with us, our network of agent relationships is another key to our success.
