The team manages the caregiver onboarding process, helping new caregivers complete required paperwork, navigate timecard and reporting systems and get set up to accept client referrals. They also verify that caregivers’ professional certifications, licenses and qualifications meet regulatory requirements and our company’s high standards and are available to support caregivers on an ongoing basis.
