Jane Fairweather
With more than $1 billion in career sales, Jane Fairweather has remained the top Coldwell Banker agent in the Washington metropolitan area for the past decade.
Fairweather, who started as an agent in 1985, credits her success to the deep roots she has in the community. “I live in Bethesda, and this is where I raised my children,” she says. “People feel I belong to them.”
Shannon Hawkins Small, who hired Fairweather in 2011 to sell her Bethesda home, says she was impressed by Fairweather’s hands-on involvement.
“I love that even though Jane has an outstanding team—all of whom add value and expertise—she remains a roll-your-sleeves-up, hands-on leader,” Hawkins Small says. “She was engaged and responsive every step of the way—and just plain fun to work with.”
