Our business is growing and we are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter. The Sourcing Recruiter will partner with a team of recruiters focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, and process improvement. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individual who possesses strong candidate sourcing experience combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth environment.  The selected candidate must be able to successfully prioritize and close searches against a timeline and demonstrate the ability to hit benchmarks, metrics, and customer SLAs. The qualified candidate will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.


  • Support various hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results
  • Build and maintain network of passive candidates and understands and implements on-going relationship management
  • Screens and assesses candidates to determine culture & job fit, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Effectively assesses and screens candidates for position fit
  • Recommend ideas to improve the company and the team to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
  • Manages client relationships and partners with hiring managers and interview teams
  • Drives and assesses the pipeline for volume and velocity
  • Participates in special projects/recruiting initiatives
  • Adherence to internal company processes and policies associated with all aspects of recruiting
  • Actively manages all job postings and keeps candidates and positions current and active in recruiting systems
  • Drives consistent message in protecting data integrity and reporting


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a high-volume/agency IT environment sourcing for technical talent
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Possession of strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
