Shulman Rogers, a dynamic, full-service regional law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a creative, resourceful and enthusiastic attitude. The successful candidate will have superior communication, interpersonal, research, writing and proofreading skills, and show initiative in providing daily support to the firm's Marketing and Business Development efforts.
Responsibilities and duties
- Maintains firm website (WordPress platform) and tracks analytics
- Maintains social media and email marketing platforms; CRM experience preferred
- Creates content for website and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Drafts, edits and updates attorney biographies, firm accomplishments and press releases
- Prepares RFP responses and manages deadlines
- Supports internal seminar and event logistics
- Coordinates with third-party vendors
- Executes sponsorships and tracks event visibility
- Researches and analyzes prospective business and marketing opportunities
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices desired. Graphic design skills preferred. Bachelor's Degree required.
