Responsibilities would include:

Manage weekly social media posts/content and advertisements for the team to drive engagement, enhance brand and generate leads. Send regular SOI emails including newsletters, activity updates, and special news releases. Manage direct mail including branded and product postcards. Manage all events for WB (Pie Day, Community Days, SOI parties, special events for important listings, etc.). Manage all special marketing for listings, order closing gifts, special advertising campaigns, and efforts. Collect all traffic reports at Open Houses, including lockbox traffic, and follow up with Agents for feedback after showings. Assist Listing Specialists with specific tasks as needed. Manage email for the team leader and make sure all inquiries are responded to. Assist team members in the field as needed.
