The Events and Partnerships Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally to plan and execute a local and national events program in collaboration with a variety of external partners.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of events to drive awareness and lead generation on behalf of a brand.

The Growth & Network Operations team’s responsibility is to expand Aledade's national network of independent physician partners through compelling marketing programs, strategic partnerships and relationship-based sales, which we refer to as Provider Outreach. As Aledade continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking an experienced Events and Partnerships Marketing Specialist.

You consider yourself a natural influencer with the ability to strike up conversations with strangers and turn them into brand believers.
What you will do
  • Lead the planning and execution of Aledade’s attendance at local and national events
  • Drive toward specified national and regional goals for awareness, nurture and lead generation from events program
  • Manage the production and coordination of all speaking engagements, educational exhibits, and sponsorships
  • Create detailed proposals for all marketing events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets
  • Conduct kickoff, status, and debrief meetings with stakeholders for each event
  • Manage the negotiation and contract process for all local and national events
  • Create and deploy event email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
  • Attend events throughout the country, networking and serving as a brand ambassador for Aledade
  • Work with the internal creative team to develop marketing materials to educate practices about the value-based care landscape and Aledade’s offerings
  • Kit the representative team with everything they need to promote Aledade including content, booth set up, presentations, branded items, and lead lists
  • Book travel and lodging for all Aledade attendees in a timely manner to ensure best rates
  • Send follow-up communications and materials to event attendees, as appropriate, to cultivate new leads
  • Maintain status of events and new leads generated in Aledade’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Proactively monitor the national and regional landscape of conferences and events, such as professional association meetings and key stakeholder conferences, where Aledade could benefit from having a strategic presence
  • Engage with Aledade leaders to support efforts to build, maintain and nurture relationships with key national partner organizations
  • Manage process related to partnership-driven growth, including both national “Key Accounts” and local partnerships
  • Create and deliver weekly dashboards of local and national event activity
What skills and experience you have
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least two years of experience managing and marketing events both on the local and national levels
  • Experience serving as a representative of a brand at events
  • Experience working with marketing and creative teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation at events
  • Some experience creating email campaigns; preference for candidates who have experience with MailChimp or Pardot
  • Understanding of how to track and manage leads in a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
  • Superior time management and organizational skills with expertise in project management and consistent communication
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment across multiple functions
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus

This position is based at Aledade’s headquarters in Bethesda, MD and will require up to 50% travel.
