The Role of a Sales Manager is to Dream Big and to Chase that Dream!  The Sales Manager position is very self-motivated as it requires Developing your own Individual Sales Strategy, Actively Seeking New Potential Clients, Driving New Business, Developing Relationships to Maintain Repeat Business, Selling Pinstripes and its Customizable Options, and Detailing Banquet Event Orders with the Correct Information.

The Sales Manager responsibilities include Lead Generation, working directly with Clients to create Proposals and Bookings, Detailing Banquet Event Orders, and Managing Finances. Pinstripes offers many types of Events such as Birthdays, Graduations, Weddings, Mitzvahs, Corporate Meetings, Corporate Team Buildings, and Off-Site. The Sales Manager will work with Clients who vary between all Markets, such as Social Events, Corporate Events, and Off-Site Catering Events. The Sales Manager works directly with the Director of Sales and Sales Team of the Location.
