Overview

 Stand Together Communications is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team and serve as the digital marketing point-of-contact for a set of state chapters of the premier national grassroots organizations Americans for Prosperity (AFP), Concerned Veterans for America (CVA), and the LIBRE Initiative.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator ensures day-to-day digital needs for the business are being met and manages state-level projects for the digital team.  You will also work closely with the account managers and teams assigned to those states and brands. Activities will span across social media, web content, digital advertising, email marketing, advocacy, and more!

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborate with state-based partners, ensuring day-to-day needs are being met and plans are being developed to drive towards policy and communications goals
  • Join forces with other digital team members and capabilities – such as digital advertising, web development, and email marketing– to develop and execute digital campaigns to achieve community goals
  • Manage all state-level digital projects and ensure activities align with best practices and resources are allocated responsibly
  • Develop materials that proactively meet state-based partner needs and equip them with the tools they need to be successful
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across state-based digital efforts
  • Guide stakeholders to better branding decisions

Knowledge and Skills You Bring the Organization

  • 1+ years of experience in a comparable role with demonstrated skills in project management or client services
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude to work under tight deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing conditions
  • Digital marketing experience and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Must be able to work productively and collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders across the country
