Description:The RMS Change Management Consultant will design and executive interventions to improve organization culture change and advance the RMS Strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to assist business leaders with using our Join the Journey Culture Change principles to achieve business results.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sound organization development practices that help RMS Culture Transformation
  • Provide change management expertise to Functional Leaders as required to support large-scale, complex change projects
  • Assess critical business issues and design organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance.
  • Advise and design on team effectiveness and performance, supporting team effectiveness within and across functional lines.
  • Provide development, coaching and leadership training.
  • Support driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and use the data to provide consultation on organizational effectiveness interventions that will close gaps from current to future state.
  • Design programs and workshops that are aligned with industry best practices and research in the areas of organization transformation, adult learning theory, high potential development, assessment, and coaching
  • Ensure team is defining and deploying metrics to ensure programs are having intended impact
  • Work with Talent & Organizational Capabilities (T&OC) organization, HR Business Partners, and Leaders across the business to assess organizational health
  • Assess critical business issues and design organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • At least 5 years of experience with OE, management/leadership development, and/or OD principles.
  • Experience deploying change management, organization effectiveness, team effectiveness, or organization design processes/tools such as Prosci’s Change Management, Galbraith’s Star Model
  • Relevant experience consulting with an assigned client organization in the areas of organization development, organizational change, and employee surveys
  • Experience establishing project plans and ensure key milestones are completed in a timely manner
  • Effectively and consistently navigates ambiguous project environments; organizes work efforts and deliverables with a concern for order, quality, and accuracy
  • Ability to build a strong business case and “burning platform” and communicating to all key stakeholders to build urgency and engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills (i.e., ability to influence without positional power, ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships, ability to interact with all organizational levels with credibility, and ability to manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes)

Desired Skills

  • Experience with competency management.
  • Change management experience with enterprise-wide change initiatives
  • Experience with research and data collection methods including focus groups, subject matter expert interviews, surveys, etc.
  • Tech savvy/comfort with using social media to expand customer reach and increase engagement
