Home Care Partners

 Home Care Partners provides nonmedical support services to low-income elderly, chronically ill and disabled residents throughout the metro region.

Each year, 200 licensed aides provide home care services to more than 1,000 adults, support for family caregivers and training for those interested in working in the home care field. It gives vulnerable, low-income county residents the opportunity to remain in their own homes.

What a donation buys:
• $250 provides home care services for one month for two frail elders or persons with disabilities to help them remain in their homes.
• $1,000 supports home care services for four months for two frail elders or persons with disabilities.
• $10,000 supports home care services for a year for seven frail elders or persons with disabilities.
