Center for Adoption Support and Education

 

Center for Adoption Support and Education (CASE) (adoptionsupport.org) strengthens the mental health and well-being of adoptive and foster families, promotes adoption awareness and sensitivity, and develops the skills for professionals and families to empower children to thrive. To help older youths successfully transition from foster care to independence, CASE provides individual and group counseling and support.

What a donation buys:

  • $280 provides a mental health intake assessment for an adopted or foster child/youth.
  • $725 pays for a child/youth to participate in an eight-week therapy group.
  • $7,800 covers a child’s individual weekly therapy for a year.
