Trauma-Informed Compassion Fatigue Resilience - Health Care Workers
This training provides health care workers and volunteers with the knowledge to understand the impact of ongoing exposure to trauma in the workplace, enabling them to recognize the signs of burnout before it happens. Participants are provided practical, trauma-informed strategies that they can begin using immediately, both personally and professionally, to build resilience and manage the impact of collective trauma and grief.
Fostering Resilience Through Leadership in Trauma Exposed Workplaces – Leadership
This first half of this training provides managers and clinical supervisors with the knowledge to understand the impact of chronic exposure to trauma in the workplace, enabling leadership to recognize the signs of burnout before it happens. The second half has a greater focus on clinical supervision in trauma exposed workplaces and includes a three-part supervision format to address administrative (procedural), client care (professional) and staff support (emotional wellness) issues in supervision.
Each training is two 3-hour sessions. Participants will have access to replay for 30 days, but please plan to attend the training at the scheduled time. CEUs pending.
