Art All Night – 2020 Virtual Edition

Korean Cultural Center Washington, D.C.

WHEN: September 13-26, 2020

WHERE: Dupont Circle Neighborhood Virtual Gallery | Art All Night Main Website

The Korean Cultural Center Washington, D.C. is proud to participate in Art All Night – Virtual Gallery from Sunday, Sept. 13 through Saturday Sept. 26 by showcasing the vivid digital creations of Korean multimedia artist Yaloo. Log on and experience DC’s only city-wide, after dark, now virtual art festival, featuring works by more than 100 artists in total!

As an artist, Yaloo explores contemporary consumer culture and symbolism in the context of her Asian cultural heritage, rooted in a blend of experiences and attitudes acquired living abroad. She experiments with the infinite possibilities of multimedia by mixing various technology-based forms such as single channel video, media facades, projection mapping, digital textiles, and virtual reality applications.

Five of Yaloo’s video works will be featured: Garden of Yaloo Seaweed, K Delicacies, Magic Wand for KPOP, Yaloofarm Tractor, and Yalooloosam. Works will be viewable online Sept. 13-26 via the main Art All Night website at (to view works by Yaloo, scroll down to the virtual galleries section for each DC neighborhood and click on Dupont Circle).
