The First Annual Masquerade Ball, TRIBUTE 21, was held on November 9th at the Powerhouse in Georgetown. Held in loving memory of Flynn Thomas Fry, this event helped to raise approximately $150,000 towards the efforts of Research Down Syndrome.
Dr. Yvonne Maddox of NIH and Dr. Robert Reeves of Johns Hopkins were guest speakers while Eli Lewis served as "self advocate" host. A musical performance by The 19th Street Band ended this exciting and successful night.
