Weekend Events: Grateful Dead Drummer’s Art Exhibit; Radiohead Cello Concert

Mickey Hart Gallery—Friday—Wentworth Gallery at Montgomery Mall, Bethesda
Former Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart will appear at his exhibit from 7 to 9 p.m. His exhibit, “Vibrational Expressionism – The Creation of a Movement,” includes acrylic painting on drumheads.

Fit to Conquer Cancer—Saturday—Sport & Health, Pike & Rose and Onelife Fitness Rockville
The two local gyms will host all-day workout fundraisers for cancer prevention research Saturday. Group fitness classes include spin, Body Pump, Zumba and yoga. The event runs 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a $25 suggested donation.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in Concert—Saturday—The Music Center at Strathmore, North Bethesda
Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will accompany the Harry Potter film with a live concert of the score. The event begins at 3 p.m.; tickets start at $45.

Music of Radiohead—Sunday—AMP by Strathmore, North Bethesda
Portland Cello Project will perform the music of Radiohead’s seminal rock album “OK Computer.” The group includes Patti King of indie-rock band The Shins. The performance begins at 8 p.m.; tickets start at $27.
