The Travilah Square Shopping Center in North Potomac has been sold for more than $52 million, according to an announcement from its previous owners.

The 61,500-square-foot shopping center has been owned by Bethesda-based Finmarc Management Inc. since 2015. It includes a Trader Joe’s grocery store and restaurants Flower Child, Cafe Rio, Ledo Pizza and Pholuscious Vietnamese Grill.

The shopping center also includes a Banfield Pet Hospital, Title Boxing Club and ATI Physical Therapy.

The sale to InvenTrust Properties Corp, announced Thursday afternoon, totaled $52.27 million.

The Travilah Square Shopping Center was constructed in 1988.

Since 2015, Finmarc Management has demolished a former office building and free-standing Burger King and replaced them with a new structure that now houses Trader Joe’s.

Representatives of InvenTrust Properties could not immediately be reached for comment on Thursday.
