A Silver Spring man has been charged with exposing himself to multiple people in Kensington during at least an eight-month period.

Steven Hirsch Eisen, 74, is accused of exposing himself at various public places in Kensington between November and July, Montgomery County police said in a press release on Monday.

In November, officers started investigating multiple reports from people who said Eisen would get their attention, then expose himself in public places in Kensington. The most recent incident happened around 5:41 p.m. on July 5 in the 3900 block of Ferrara Drive, police said.

Victims in the July 5 incident told police they saw Eisen exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately, police said. Eisen fled before police arrived, but the victims gave officers a description of him.

Police identified Eisen as the suspect on July 6 and stopped him. He was arrested on a warrant July 20 and charged with two counts of indecent exposure, police said.

Eisen was being held without bond, police said on Monday. No court date or attorney information was available Monday afternoon.
