A Silver Spring man who was arrested in each of the last three months was stealing from vehicles in different parts of the county this summer, police said.

Justin Wilson, 25, allegedly stole credit cards and other items from three vehicles between July and mid-September.

On July 28, Wilson allegedly stole credit cards from a vehicle on East Jefferson Street in Rockville, according to a news release issued by Montgomery County police. He was charged with theft and credit card fraud offenses.

On Aug. 21, Wilson stole items from a car parked on Quail Woods Drive in Germantown. He was arrested a week later and charged with theft. Wilson was released from custody after posting a $3,000 bond.

On Sept. 19, Wilson allegedly broke into an unlocked vehicle on Marianna Drive in Aspen Hill. He was arrested on Sept. 24 and is being held without bond, police said.

Wilson is expected to appear in court later this month for all three cases, according to online court records.

In 2013, Wilson pled guilty to theft valuing less than $1,000.

Attorney information for Wilson was not available Tuesday afternoon.
