Montgomery County police officers found the body of a Montgomery Village man this week four days after he had been reported missing.

Waymon Meadows Anderson, 57, was last seen in the 9900 block of Medical Center Drive in Rockville on Sept. 11, police said in a press release on Friday.

Officers found his body on Wednesday in a pond in the 11000 block of Game Preserve Road in Gaithersburg.

Police said detectives don’t think Anderson’s death was caused by foul play. They are asking anyone with information to call the Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5070.
