Two of those projects (Bainbridge Bethesda and 4500 East West) have been completed and most of the rest have progressed significantly.

What was there: Vacant lot
What’s coming: 360-residential units and a 55,000-square foot Harris Teeter grocery store at Wisconsin Avenue and Battery Lane.

What’s coming: Eight-story, 40-unit luxury condo building boasting the area’s most expensive condo listing ever at $10.5 million.

What was there: A pair of Montgomery County public parking lots
What’s coming: The Flats, a 186-unit apartment building, and The Darcy, a 64-unit condominium building above a new 940-space Montgomery County parking garage. Ground floor tenants will include Paul Bakery, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Chop’t Creative Salad Company, a luxury dining concept from Silver Diner and upscale seafood restaurant PassionFish.

What’s coming: Five-story, 145-unit apartment building with a Volkswagen dealer taking over the ground floor retail space.

What was there: A gas station that served as the home for Eastham’s Servicenter
