Rockville crash connected to DUI arrest, police say

A man charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 11 in Rockville hit a concrete median, a curb and a Metro fence before his vehicle came to a stop on the tracks, police said.

Liquor store in Rockville closes after worker gets COVID-19

The Fallsgrove Liquor and Wine store in Rockville is temporarily closed after an employee tested positive for COVID-19, officials announced Wednesday.

Montgomery County’s Alcohol Beverage Services was made aware of the positive test on Tuesday, according to a press release, and the store was closed immediately. [Patch]

Man fundraising for antiracist causes after his home was vandalized

After his home was vandalized multiple times, Aaron Eisenbarth of Olney is making the best of a bad situation.
