By one key COVID-19 vaccination measure, Montgomery County is leading the nation — for the newly eligible population of kids 12 and older.

Just under 71% of Montgomery County residents 12 and older are fully vaccinated, which, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is best among large counties in the U.S. [WTOP]
