Man accused of filming mom, baby in changing area at swim school

A father who brought his son to a swim school in Silver Spring secretly recorded a woman and her 18-month-old baby in the facility’s changing area, Montgomery County police allege.

The man was charged with two counts each of being a peeping Tom and visual surveillance in a private area. [WJLA]

‘Oops’ tag program addresses unacceptable items sent to recycling center

The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection is highlighting its Recycle Right “Oops Tag” Program to inform residents about materials that should not be placed in recycling bins.

Inspectors are visiting all residential areas where the county is responsible for trash and recycling collection. [WJLA]
