Katie Ledecky of Bethesda and the U.S. team took silver in the women’s 4×200-meter freestyle relay Wednesday night at the Tokyo Olympics.

Two Montgomery County hospitals placed in the top 15 for medical centers in Maryland, according to the latest U.S. News and World Report rankings.

Bethesda’s Suburban Hospital was ranked eighth-best in Maryland, and Holy Cross in Silver Spring was 14th. [Montgomery Community Media]

Communicating gets easier at one park

Montgomery Parks launched its first communication board at Wheaton Local Park on Wednesday.

The hands-on interactive device is for visitors who have autism, are recovering from a stroke or brain injury, are non-verbal, or have learning and/or developmental disabilities. [WTOP]
