House prices continue to increase in Montgomery County

The median sale price of a house in Montgomery County was $540,000 during October.

That is a 5.9% increase from from the previous month and an 8% increase over October 2020. [Montgomery Community Media]

Bethesda teen competing in Azerbaijan for trampoline world championship

A Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School junior, Tomás Minc, can trace his trampoline roots back to when he was 3 years old and his mother enrolled them in a “Mommy & Me” class.

To celebrate his 17th birthday, Minc traveled halfway around the world to Baku, Azerbaijan, for the 2021 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships. [WUSA]
