High school students create wheelchair stroller for teacher’s husband

A group of high school students at Bullis School in Potomac recently won two international awards for inventing and designing a device enabling people in wheelchairs to push a baby stroller.

They came up with the design to help one of their teachers. [NBC 4]

A 2017 Wootton High School graduate is moonwalking his way onto Broadway.

Applications open in Bethesda for mural artists

Artists with an affinity for outdoor artwork are encouraged to apply to paint a new mural in downtown Bethesda.

The mural will be on the Old Georgetown Road side of the Montgomery County Department of Transportation’s Woodmont Corner Public Parking Garage. [Patch]
