Massachusetts company buys Sheraton Silver Spring

A Massachusetts company, Linchris Hotel Corp., has purchased the Sheraton Silver Spring at 8777 Georgia Ave.

It is temporarily operating the hotel under the name of Hotel Silver Spring. [Source of the Spring]

New Capitol Police chief reflects on Jan. 6, challenges

Chief Tom Manger issued a statement Tuesday that he was proud that officers had the courage to share their stories in testimony before a House select committee.
