Movie fans can gather in North Bethesda next week to watch two films from their car.

“Carpool Cinema” will be held at White Flint Plaza at 5222 Nicholson Lane. “Beetlejuice” will be shown on Oct. 9 and “The Addams Family” on Oct. 10.

The event is sponsored by Pike District and Combined Properties.

Gates will open at 6 p.m. Movies will start at about 7:30 p.m.

All guests must stay in their cars once the movie starts, except to use the restroom.

Tickets are $25 per car, covering admission plus a $15 food voucher. Vouchers may be redeemed at participating restaurants at White Flint Plaza.

The ticket price also includes a $10 donation to the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce “to support its work with the Good Will Dinner Coalition and its support for local businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic,” according to a press release about the event.
