Call Your Mother, a deli and bagel shop based in Washington, D.C., plans to add a store in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose retail development this spring, the company announced Tuesday.

Call Your Mother, which serves a variety of bagels and specialty sandwiches among its offerings, has three brick-and-mortar locations in D.C. It also began operating from a parked trolley near Suburban Hospital in Bethesda in the summer.

The Pike & Rose shop will be at 11807 Grand Park Ave. and will be 2,283 square feet, according to a press release.

Customers will be able to order online and at the shop Monday through Friday for pickup, the press release stated. Between 10 and 15 employees will work at the store.

Stuart Biel, the senior vice president for regional leasing of landlord Federal Realty Investment Trust, said in the press release that Call Your Mother “perfectly complements the current mix and adds a much-needed deli concept to the market.”
