Glosslab, a fingernail design studio, and the French café chain Ladurée Paris are both set to open in Bethesda Row, landlord Federal Realty Investment Trust said Wednesday.
Glosslab is a membership-based studio that uses vegan-based nail polish, gel and non-toxic polishes, according to a press release. The business is “totally water free” and offers online booking, cashless payment and contactless check-ins.
According to Glosslab’s website, it offers manicures and pedicures, along with gel manicures and gel pedicures.
Ladurée Paris serves macarons, chocolates, pastries and teas, among other items, according to the press release.
Its website lists locations in New York, California and Florida, as well as one shop in Washington, D.C. The Bethesda location, set to open in the winter, is the first in Maryland.
The arrivals of Glosslab and Ladurée Paris are the latest in a series of planned openings for Bethesda Row in the fall and winter, according to Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Others include the plant-based restaurant PLANTA (fall), Chaia Tacos (fall) and the hummus and pita restaurant Little Sesame (early next year).
