Dynamite Parkour

Parkour looks like something your kids might watch on YouTube. The workout, which is inspired by French military training, is the art of running, jumping, spinning and otherwise playing your way from point A to point B, using obstacles to increase, rather than decrease, your efficiency. In an intro class at Dynamite Parkour, which opened in the fall, you’ll learn basic jumps and rolls, and spend time on a trampoline to get used to the feeling of being in the air. $35 per class.
