Hogan, Franchot urge residents to get tax refunds after Wynne case decision

Gov. Larry Hogan and Comptroller Peter Franchot on Monday announced the launch of a website that will help Maryland residents figure out if they’re owed tax refunds thanks to the outcome of the Wynne case at the Supreme Court earlier this year. [Gov. Larry Hogan]
