Parts of Montgomery County may see snow Wednesday evening into Thursday as forecasters say a winter storm will pass by to the south. The southern half of the county may see a dusting to 2 inches, while the northern half may see flurries or a dusting. [The Washington Post]

‘It’s heartbreaking’: Maryland senator hosts town hall with federal workers

State Sen. Jeff Waldstreicher (D-Dist. 18) hosted a town hall in Wheaton on Sunday to listen to the concerns of federal workers impacted by decisions made by the Trump administration. About 200 people attended and Waldstreicher described their feelings as “heartbreaking.” [WTOP]

Silver Spring housing nonprofit raises $20+ million
