Bradley Beal’s former Bethesda mansion is on the market again, this time for $11 million. The professional basketball player bought the 14,900-square-foot home in the Avenel community in 2019 for $7.8 million and sold it in 2023 for nearly $9.2 million when the Washington Wizards traded him to the Phoenix Suns. 148-unit apartment building proposed for Silver Spring
