Bradley Beal’s former Bethesda mansion is on the market again, this time for $11 million. The professional basketball player bought the 14,900-square-foot home in the Avenel community in 2019 for $7.8 million and sold it in 2023 for nearly $9.2 million when the Washington Wizards traded him to the Phoenix Suns. The home’s amenities include a pool, tennis court and, of course, an indoor basketball court. [WTOP]

148-unit apartment building proposed for Silver Spring

A new four- and five-story apartment building has been proposed for the 800 block of University Boulevard East in Silver Spring. The 148-unit building will have two wings of different heights and 115 parking spaces for cars. [Urban Turf]

Luna Hall under construction in Rockville

Luna Hall, an Asian food hall, is aiming for a summer opening with construction beginning at the Pike Center in Rockville. Offerings will include four restaurants and a karaoke bar in the former homes of Bagel City and Cici’s Pizza. [Store Reporter]
