County police seek help in finding credit card scammer
Montgomery County police are asking the public for its help in identifying credit card scammer who has used Poshmark, an online second-hand retailer, to target shoppers. According to police, the suspect, whose vendor handle is @Valdez310, has stolen and used shoppers’ bank information. [WUSA9]
Gaithersburg woman deals with process of undeclaring herself dead
Nicole Paulino of Gaithersburg was shocked to learn in November that she had been declared dead and could not renew her driver’s license. The issue snowballed, causing the cancellation of her health insurance for her and her children and forcing her to begin the painstaking process to prove that she is alive to the Social Security Administration.
