Nearly 50 years after two sisters were abducted in Wheaton, the man convicted of killing 12-year-old Sheila and 10-year-old Katherine Lyon will soon begin serving prison time. Federal investigators are also looking into other possible crimes involving Lloyd Lee Welch.  [WTOP
