Montgomery County police charged a 28-year-old Damascus man with multiple offenses related to the rape and sexual abuse of three juvenile girls. Police suspect there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward. [WJLA

National Institutes of Health Children’s Inn begins new project to serve more families 

The Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda is breaking ground on a $50 million project with the goal of serving more families. The project will add a 15,000-square-foot addition with eight apartment-style guest suites. [WTOP
