A Shannon Odessa Middle School employee has been charged with embezzling $161,000 from Dawn Crafton Dance Connection in Rockville. Erin Kelly, a Rockville resident, has been indicted by a grand jury with a trial date of Dec. 9. She was the head coach of the Montgomery County Special Olympics Hip-Hop Dance Crew. Some county neighborhoods are experiencing reduced noise from airplanes departing Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., after the Federal Aviation Administration implemented a new path that directs planes over the Potomac River and away from surrounding neighborhoods. [WTOP]
