A New York man was indicted in federal court for allegedly cyberstalking a woman with Montgomery County ties and the FBI is seeking other potential victims. According to charging documents filed June 18, Richard Michael Roe allegedly went on a couple dates with the woman and began harassing her after she started dating someone else. The woman says she spent more than $50,000 to “defend and protect herself.” [WTOP]
