Dangerous heat wave to hit region

Temperatures are expected to rise to 95 degrees in a potentially dangerous heat wave this week. If the temperature hits 94 degrees or higher for a week or more, it would be the hottest week in the D.C. region since 2016. [NBC 4]

Silver Spring’s former Red Lobster location up for lease

After the downtown Silver Spring location of the popular seafood chain closed in May, the former Red Lobster spot is now officially available to be leased. The 7,264-square-foot space is located at 8533 Georgia Ave. [Source of the Spring]
