Two workers suffered possible electrocution Monday afternoon at a roadside construction site in the area of Darnestown Road and Great Seneca Highway, according to the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS).
MCFRS crews evaluated two adults, “both [with] electrical shock, one with electrical burns,” spokesperson Pete Piringer wrote on social media at about 2 p.m. The two workers, one suffering from critical injuries and the other less serious injuries, were transported to a local hospital, he said.
