Convicted sex offender Emanuel Edward Sewell, 54, of Chevy Chase was ordered held during a hearing Monday in Montgomery County Circuit Court in connection with the May 31 death of a state probation agent in Sewell’s apartment.
Facing a murder charges, Sewell is accused of stabbing Davis Martinez, 33, of Silver Spring repeatedly in the head and neck and wrapping his body in plastic bags before shoving it under a bed, according to court documents. [The Washington Post]
