Husband of coyote attack victim shares details on the encounter
John Pescatore, the husband of one of the Montgomery County women who were attacked by a rabid coyote last week, said that his wife first felt a “pain in the back of her leg” and turned around to see the animal biting her. Pescatore said that his wife was able to walk about a quarter of a mile home after the attack and was “bleeding profusely.”
“I had to go back to the site because her shoes came off and, now you feel different. Now, with our grandchildren, it has certainly caused a lot of people in our neighborhood to think twice,” Pescatore said. [WUSA 9]
