A developer has proposed a six-story condo building on Twinbrook Parkway in Rockville.

The project — near the intersection of Ardennes Avenue and Twinbrook Parkway — would have ground-floor commercial space and 49 condos in the second through sixth floors, according to project plans submitted to the Montgomery County Planning Board this month.

About seven of the units would be designated as affordable housing.

The condos would be for sale, rather than rentals.

Also included in project plans, submitted by Perfect Home LLC, are about 54 parking spaces. Thirty-two would be on a surface lot and 22 would be in a parking garage.

The plan also includes 28 bicycle parking spaces.

A date for Planning Board consideration has not been set, according to online records.

The development is in the first phase of review. Project plans generally get more detailed in the later phases of the review process, including information on its projected impact on nearby schools and roads.

There are three phases of Planning Board review before construction can begin.
